To qualify as a Teen Jazz Artist, you must complete all the questions. After submitting your application, within one to two days, you will receive your confirmation email. You must respond to the email, notifying us if you would like to include a picture and if you wish for your contact information to be on your profile page. If you do not reply to the confirmation email, your profile will not be added to Teen Jazz. Thank you for your interest in becoming a Teen Jazz Artist.
